Hello everyone
I have come back from a rollercoaster trip to the USA. Went away for two weeks and had a lot of fun. You can see pictures on www.amigasat.clara.co.uk/trips.html
Since I have come home my back is playing up. Don't know the cause. It is uncomfortable and feels awkward to stand up. Seen an Osteopath and says my spine is
ok but my back muscles are not happy. Still having treatment. Nothing serious though. Have to rest.
