He does also have that ki/chi power to use most of his powers like the Power Wave, Power Geyser and even part of his Burning Knuckle.

This Terry IS taken from the Fatal Fury timeline. I'll probably canon update him soon to Garou: MOTW timeline or even to the latest KOF storyline depending on if I get any canon mates for this RP.
Outside the RP, however, if I meet with other SNKP characters that Terry interacts with then he will be up-to-date with the storyline.
