Lion Dancing in the rain!
I know I haven't updated this in a while. So here's my little update on the last day of the year of the Rat for a little while XD
So woah. First time back at Wushu Lion Dance for a good few months now and I'm so glad I haven't forgotten everything XDD;
The weather, however, was appauling. As soon as we started, the heavens opened up and rained down hard on everyone. And we had to perform in front of five differnt shops/restaurants along the same street for Chinese New Year purposes. Everyone got soaked!
But it was fun. And yeah, I can't wait for the next performance. I would have liked to make more performances this year but I can't get leave from work and I have other commitments now as well as I have been reserved a flat which I will be sorting out over the next few weeks.
I'm really excited about moving out! I need the space and the independance - a lot of my more trusted friends will know about the ins and outs. I won't go into them now XD;
Had my mortgage interview yesterday, which took a while. But I'm happy because they can lend me the money for my flat. And I got confirmation that the flat will definetely be mine as long as I pass the financial interview from the apartment people. It's all happening! :D
It's to the rifle range next Sunday and well, that's a good chance to shoot at targets to vent out on anything that might be on my mind ^o^!
Oh and CT training again this week! Yays!
