[Somewhere on the outskirts of Violet City and near Route 32, you'll find a familiar looking red haired girl with a make shift kendo stick in her hands. If you're a swordsman, you'll notice that her swings and moves are very professional. Every now and then, she'll make a steady jab at the air, then move into a moderately fast strike, then suddenly her attacks will become fast enough to be a series of blurs and back to normal speeds again.]
Whoo! Even though I don't have my katana around, I can't afford to get rusty with my swordsmanship. While it's good to train your Pokemon-- [She'll do some more swings through the air.] --Hah! You gotta remember to train yourself too! A trainer has to be in great shape along with their party, so they can be in sync whenever a battle begins.
... [A beat.] Wow... I think I'm starting to sound like a professional trainer!
