Sometimes there is so much going on that you don't have time to write about it. I have been very busy at work these last two weeks. I finally crashed on Saturday with a cold, and today we celebrated All saints Day at our church. Next week will be just as busy.
My mother sent me some diabetic cookbooks because she is worried that I am not eating well.
Next weekend we are going to Arkansas to see the Razorbacks play University of South Carolina in football.
Our Pastoral care ministers asked me to give testimony at a Service of Healing and Wholeness we are having in November.
I missed Will a lot today. Especially at the youth worship service tonight--that always makes me cry. I thought about him being in heaven, how we will probably meet as equals, not mother and son one day. Then I realized that I was the only one in the world that had had the privilege of being his mother. I know that sounds obvious, but it seemed profound to me at the time.
We are beginning the descent into the "Holiday Season." I have to grit my teeth and hang on.
