i signed my first autograph this weekend!
ok, technically my second, since christsy t. and i signed that ball for ofelita (esther).
So prior to our game 11:00 am game on Sunday, I had gone to the restroom to blow my brains out, aka clear the excess amounts of mucus from my nose from my sinus infection, and on my way back to the dugout, this little girl came running after me. Just as I was about to take out my helmet and glove from my bag, she asks me, "can you sign my shirt?" while she thrusted a sharpie in my direction and i said, "oh..sure!" so i signed it "dani #24, UCSB" then comes this other girl who asks me to sign her shirt too, so i did. it was pretty cool!
our uniforms looks similar to that of ucla. perhaps that's why they wanted my autograph. haha
