Something quite interesting happened today during class, prof decided to let everyone of us play a team bonding game commonly used by companies to find out the synergy of their team and the compatability.. It was a common test that I believe everyone has taken before, the desert survival test and which item you will take..
First you select the items you take yourself then you select the items as a group cause you all are a group of survivors then you rate yours against a "optimal, experts chosen" solution on which item to prioritize... I scored the lowest score in the whole class with a score of 32, while the average was like 54-60 for solo.. The average for teams were like 60-70 and I sort of pulled down my team score as I was the only one to score that low, meaning that my team had a poor synergy level..
This was made even funnier when someone from the back decided to shout when the prof asked what happened in my group.. My classmate shouted "HE CANT COMMUNICATE"... So funny, everyone burst into laughter..
