You know what? Starting tomorrow...I'm sooo starting a diet! I hate being so icky! (A.k.a- I hate being fat) And! Im gonna jog before I go to work and jog everyday! I just hate being me sometimes. You know...the un-skinny, unattractive me...

You look GOOD.
Try being a vegetarian, like me. You eat the same stuff as you did before, but now, the meat is SOY and VEGETABLES and you don't realize that because it TASTE NORMAL. It's easier than being like "*counts carbs* BAH! 3 TOO MANY *throws food away*". And it's better than being like "Crap...there's nothing good to eat that tastes good...I better stop this whole 'eating' thing. FROM NOW ON, I EAT ONLY ICE CUBES AND DRINK WATER. *dies 2 weeks later*"

Try that ^^^ It's better than being like "*sprints 34243 laps on the first day* Must keep running, must keep...I HATE THIS. I QUIT!!! I QUIIIITT!!!!" Then the next day everything hurt. So yeah. Remember that. Gather 'round some friends and go to that track place near the imagination station xD If they don't comply, you slip something in their drink and drag them there (more exercise! yaaay!) And then, if they get angry, you get to RUN away from them, but around the track. And it's fun because it's not your regular exercise; it's running for your life =) MOTIVATION! w000000t!
Ya, and that concludes my "DON'T BE EXTREME ON THIS WHOLE HEALTH REGIME CHANGE THING" speech-thing.
