I'm not sure I understand the purpose of this "gala". It is a social gathering, correct? Is there other symbolism to it, as many of the other traditions of this time of year possess?
Even if there aren't, such ceremonies seem similar to duties that could be expected of a Kage, so it is only fitting that I make sure I do not allow myself to become unaccustomed to such things.
[ooc: So Gaara will be at the gala, in something similar to his Kazekage robes, seeing as that's the only thing he knows of "formalwear". He doesn't really know what the point of it all is, just that it would probably benefit his skills at leading his village if he knows how to deal with such circumstances. XD]
