(no subject)
Worked all day today, and plan to do some laundry in the morning and then work the rest of tomorrow, too. Just put on another layer so I can eat some ice cream. It's not really that I'm ignoring you, LJ, it's just that I have NOTHING GOING ON IN MY LIFE RIGHT NOW.
Not quite as pathetic: I've spent my two weekend evenings grinning from ear-to-ear. Last night it was seeing our band fun. play possibly my favorite show I've seen all year. Tonight it was watching (sitting at my desk, on a crappy internet stream, so this is probably another tick in the "pathetic" column) the Penguins win their 9th straight game, and Sidney Crosby score his 30th and 31st points in 14 games. It was awesome.
Those guys are really a bright spot in the aforementioned pathetic time right now. Thanks, Penguins. As Mema Gen would say, LUV YA.

Got out of the shower and checked to see if this was updated. And then decided to add it here for posterity. I hope he holds onto the lead and at the end of the season these low totals look silly. But hey, if it all goes downhill from here, this was nice to see.
