[Alright, so Alfred was waiting. At the lake. After class. And he wasn't nervous. Because obviously Fin was going to come tell him that yes, she wanted to go out with him, and not that she couldn't ever think of him that way and everyone would laugh at him and Botan would say "I told you so" and it'd all be really embarrassing. She was definitely going to say yes.

In the meantime, he skipped some rocks.]

[ There was someone else who was rather nervous though. She wasn't quite sure why she picked the lake instead of near the quidditch pitch or even just near the courtyard-- perhaps less people? Who knew.

Either way it felt a bit ironic choosing it.

Fin had made her way there slowly, deliberating within these late few moments before catching sight of Alfred. And so now she stood just a few feet away, cleared her throat, and looked to the water's edge and not him. ]
