Whee, random at work update!
Heh, I forgot all about updating this thing... Hrm, what's going on... Work's been... work, heh. Just your usual 8 to 4:30, I guess, with more than your fair share of idiots *cringe*
WoW's been kinda bleh-ish as of late... I left my raiding guild because they were treating my friend like shit. It started last Friday in BWL on a Nef attempt, the guild leader was moving people around and changing his mind a lot so my friend, Lapin, asked what she was supposed to do where she was supposed to be, etc, in party chat and we told her. Then she apologized for sounding whiny and confused but Phar (the GL) was just throwing us all over the place, and Ubel (the co-Gl and warrior class leader) said that it was no different since she always sounded whiny -- note that he said that in PARTY chat, so everyone else saw it.
Then in ZG on Saturday he decided to tag along and REFUSED to get onto Vent... You'd think an epic geared warrior would know the fights but he managed to fuck up some pulls and wound up getting some people killed, so we asked him repeatedly to get on vent, but he didn't comply. We didn't really know what to do/say given he was a co-guild leader and it's kinda awkward to tell them to do anything, but Lapin asked a few times POLITELY to get on vent, but he still didn't (resulting in a wipe on the Tiger-aspect). At this point we were ready to kick him but he left before he could, and asked in GUILD chat if anyone had a problem with him, to which Lapin replied to stop being such a damn drama queen, in different words. (Less offensive, actually, but yeah.) He demoted her to a reserve member (which means she can't roll on stuff until other guildies say they don't want it, etc etc) which pissed her off and gquit -- which I can't blame her for considering he was heckling her and then demoted her out of a personal vendetta...
I don't give a fuck if you're the best fucking guild in the world, if you treat my friends like shit, I'm not staying. Kthxbye.

So yeah, um... that's pretty much been it... A few others left with me when this happened, so they're down an epic rog, pally, priest, lock and two warriors... heh. (Their MT and OT, interestingly enough =P) They won't be having too much success for a while.
