College, games, manga...we've run the gauntlet on this post....
AHAHAHA. I have a test in seven and a half hours. What am I doing? Playing Kingdom Hearts. Yes, I fail at life.
In other news, nearly beat Kingdom Hearts on normal level. Got the urge to start over (the reason why I have so many games sitting on my not-finished list), decided that normal was too easy a mode at the same time, and so started an expert new game. Leveled to 20 before leaving Destiny Islands (TOOK FOREVER, LET ME TELL YOU. SELPHIE, YOU AND YOUR TECH POINTS ARE A GODSEND AND A TORTURE ALL AT ONCE).
And yet, I still died twice against the boss in Deep Jungle. You know the one I'm talking about. The chameleon/Clayton. The first time was a glitch (who ever heard of a chameleon with zero health shooting lasers from its eyes), the second time was pure frustration from the first. Still, on normal, I remember breezing through that at much below my current level 25. Expert mode, I can already tell you'll be the death of me. Ursula, Maleficent!Dragon, or second Riku!Hollow Bastion boss fights, anyone? I don't even want to consider any of the optional boss fights at the end of the game Also, returned to Traverse Town. You know third district, with that giant spawn of air pirates? Five or six of those can take me down. I near-die in non-boss fights. Thank you, Goofy, and your ever-plenty potions. :(
Also, Wii Harvest Moon. I'm ending the first spring with the first rainbow completed, my house at level two, a coop with a fully-grown chicken, a newly-hatched chick, and a silkworm, a barn (with no livestock at the moment, it just finished getting built), a copper hammer at level 3, an iron watering can at level 3, starting level hoe, axe, and fishing rod at level 2, Jin at three hearts, Gill at two hearts, and I still have the animal festival to get through. I know I'll wind up buying a lot of yarn to get the rucksack upgraded twice at the first opportunity, and I'll spend a bunch to grow cocoa in the summer. All in all, I think this is the best file I've had yet for Wii!HM.
