Naminé arr- ca- stepped out of the portal at Repliku's doorstep. She knocked on the door and waited impatiently.

((ooc: well, figuring he's staying in some sort of house. I have no idea.))

Repliku heard a knock and quickly went to open his gummi ship's door- perhaps too quickly that it was obvious how excited he was to see Namine again.

((i figured he'd be in the gummi ship. XD))

"Hi~!" Naminé smiled broadly at him. The tip of her fluffy, gray tail twitched.

"Mind if I come in?"

"Hey," he greeted with a smile. Repliku stepped aside to let Namine in. His tail swished happily as if to welcome her.

He didn't like his tail much. It seems to understand his feelings and expresses them even before he admits them to himself.

"Your ears are cute on you," he said quietly, his ears drooping shyly.

"Yours too."

Naminé entered the ship and looked around curiously. She'd never been inside a gummi ship before, although she knew a little about them from Sora's memories.

Turning back to Repliku, she said hesitantly, "It's really nice to see you again."

Repliku attempted to appear indifferent to the compliment but his face turned red and his tail swung cheerily. He reached for his cat ears and touched them timidly.

".... it's nice to you again too," he said quietly, his tail twitching excitedly despite his face being expressionless.

"C-can I still touch your ears?" she stammered.

"Er... sure....," he replied. "It's what you came here for anyway, isn't it?"

Naminé hesitated, wondering if it was quite appropriate. "Hey, I came here to see you, too..." She reached up and reluctantly touched one of his feline ears.

"It's soft."

Well, what else was there to say? He felt shivers down his spine as Namine touched his cat ears which drooped as if in submission.

"Kind of weird having cat ears...,"

Giggling, Naminé found a spot at the base of his ear and scratched it, as she would an actual cat.

"Yeah, pretty weird."

Repliku held back the urge to purr. He reminded himself that he's not a cat despite the ears and the tail (that doesn't seem to know how to keep still). He decided to keep his mouth shut lest he'd make a fool out of himself.

"You like that?" Naminé asked, blushing.

His cheeks started to feel a bit too hot for comfort. It was one of the very few times when he wished he could just bury his face on the ground.

"A- Well- yeah...,"

"T-that's good." Naminé let off of his ears. "Hey- did you ever figure out if you have one of those name tattoos everyone's been finding?"

Glad for the change of topic, he quickly replied, "No... well, not that I tried looking for it. How about you? Did you find yours?"

"I didn't look for mine either," Naminé admitted.
