two things:
1.) I complained a lot last week about Naruto's ending (that's why I won't kill you!) but this week really made it work. It was the first Nagato/Naruto conversation chapter that I actually enjoyed. And it would only have worked for him, too. I mean, not killing him would be really stupid if Nagato had listened to Naruto's whole thing and then said, "Psh, whatever, loser." Then he'd have to go back on his word. Still, I do think that Naruto is going to get his hands dirty at some point. I mean come on.
2.) I have also been complaining that Bleach has been losing my interest, but I'll set that aside for just one second, because omg Hitsugaya! He had the best closing line ever, and I'm really looking forward to him kicking ass. I think a good, exciting fight is exactly what this series needs. That, and for Byakuya and Kenpachi to get back from Hueco Mundo and turn this party upside down.
Blahh I have work today, but it's pretty short. 10:00-4:30. I got up close to the normal time anyway, so I had time to drink coffee and whatnot. I'm turning into an early bird, but I kind of like it that way. I always felt I was missing out by not seeing early morning hours. Still, to be honest, I just wish I could forgo sleep altogether, because if I get up early, I'll feel like I'm missing out on night. I've pretty much come to the conclusion that afternoon is the worst part of the day. I just like sunrises, dew, sunsets, and the stars.
In other news, I do have an idea for a fantasy original, we'll see how that goes. The plot right now is kind of weak, but I always believed that characters make a novel anyway. If your characters are done well enough, it doesn't matter what the plot is. And character 2 is pretty freaking awesome.
