How would you define a star in the office?
Obviously, my company defines a star = office politics well + got backing (cos she v good terms with other directors) = she get whatever she wants and asked for + she do things her way + she gets promotion every now & then = making our team sink + super low morale + inbalance in the work performance = ultimate resignations = she get to do everything she wants in the end (Opps... just in 3 mths time !!!!)
