no summer lovin' for me...
i put in some more hours at the pool today. i'm not only working, i'm working on my tan. HAHAHA.
that was a horrible joke. anyway...
my brothers don't really live at the house any more. it's weird that they head out around midnight every night and they're never here during the day either. friends and social lives? when did that happen?? not while i was around that's for sure. o well, more uninterrupted time of the sims 2.
so, as previously stated i have this job where i work 9:30am-5:30pm every day running around after small children, so i get really tired by the time it hits about 11:30pm eastern time. this wouldn't really be a problem if my boyfriend didn't work from 2pm-12:30am or 1am central time. therefore: we never get to talk. even now, i just really don't think i can stay up another hour...
mayhaps it will be a long summer on the relationship take of it.
i got paid today. for anyone who knows me, you can probably take a guess as to what i did tonight. shopping anyone? i went w my mom and she bought me one or two items, and i bought myself some more stuff that is awesomely awesome, but she kept my inner kid-in-a-candy-store in check. father's day shopping! i picked out a shirt or two for el padre and a singing card (which to me was an absolute must!)
i also got my 500GB harddrive for maximum photo storage since i already filled up my 250GB one and the 80GB one. and i don't even shoot RAW. if i did, wow, i'd need about 3 more hard drives at least.
anyway, tomorrow i'm going to do something. unpack/repack/rearrange perhaps? something crafty? something useful? more shopping? it remains to be seen. but having free time and options are nice.
