I'm not the type of customer to complain. I just want someone to hook my cable up, but I have been dissappointed so many times that here I am, complaining ( Read more... )

*sigh* I believe I have to use Comcast too and I have been avoiding it. I'm not a fan but I need the internet!

yes dear comcast made it all better... you didn't have to deal with the idiot installer who insisted on doing it when i told them we could do it fine. nor with your traveling did you have to take the time off and wait on them, but over all once it was it. Works good.

Don't let them touch your TV!! If they are doing digital cable install or even just screwing the cable line into your TV don't let them do it!! They came to my house on 5/17/07 and was suposed to install my cable box, and I ended up with a broken TV. The tech named Brain who said after he had done this before after screwing the cable line into the wrong barrel that is ment to be for antenna. Then rams the TV pushing it back into the entertainment center then breaking the barrel compleately off my 1200.00 dollar TV. They take it to the shop the next day "Friday" and then return it that evening and the TV turns on. Sunday I decide to watch some TV and the TV wont come on!! This is exactly what I feared would happen!! Then I called the tech named Brian and said he would call in the mourning and decide what to do. 2 of them come to my house and low and behold the TV wont turn on. Then they say sorry the guy who fixed your TV doesn't know how to fix your TV "I wonder why it wont turn on now" Then they say well it turned on Friday this must ( ... )
