At work, I wrote a bit of code that randomly generates an 8 character password and emails it to people. I'm anticipating the day it randomly creates a horribly offensive password and someone complains.

One of our teams had an issue where job posting titles were cut off, and they had some job titled something like "Something something position - no nights" but it got cut off and read "Something something position - no nig". It's not too much of a stretch to take that as racist. And they got a very angry call about it.
Actually, I think this story isn't related at all. Oh well.
