Working for five teams is insanely difficult sometimes,and I'm reallllly feeling the pressure right now. I can't be everywhere at once. I desperately need another fill in. my first fill in (Jeff) has a full time job on top of this AND a family. Both of those are rather important. I don't expect him to drop everything and come running each time I need him, that's rather unrealistic. I need maybe one more person to help me out! Got some tightly packed weeks/months ahead of me and I know there are going to be conflicts, an extra performer would help a ton.
