Tum te tum
It's been a while since I've updated. Uni has been going on, I've bought all my textbooks (I feel so poor and studenty now). I no longer have work income coming in every week to at least maintain the balance, if not increase it. Almost tempted to look for a job, but not quite convinced just yet.
Thursday was a very very long day. I had three lectures, spent the time day out in the city. 9am - 5.15pm. Then I stayed for an information session about working for Goldman Sachs JB Were. It's not really an accounting firm, but they did say they were willing to take people from different backgrounds. So I may just put in an application and see how it goes. Sigh. I didn't get home till about 7.45pm that night. But that was ok since I have Fridays off.
Friday was fairly busy. I collected my dress from being fitted for me (so in love with this dress...), put petrol in the tank, got some groceries for my sister who wanted to make a cake for my daddy, who had his birthday on the 2nd. It was a nice cake. I also went and picked up a book I bought secondhand. I bought the others new because I need to get some work done this weekend, as part of my plan to be organised this year, and the sellers hadn't gotten back to me by then.
This evening I will be going out to Squirrel's 21st party. I've been asked to give a speech, so we shall see how that goes. Hopefully I don't make a mess of it. I should really practice..
I will go do that now.
