I'm about to take a stab at the White Chocolate Vanilla Mousse with a Dark Chocolate Sauce for mothers day... so wish me luck.
I will try to save some of it for those who drooled over it but remember I leave Wednesday so better see me before then.

Okay.... I've finished making the long titled dessert thats above. The Mousse was really easy but the Dark Chocolate Sauce required so much additional work to make as good as it is now. It was just so bitter. Like it looked awesome but ack. I had to add butter and corn syrup to make it into this rich, smooth and semi-sweet chocolate sauce.
My legs are so tired but trust me.. its will taste very very good.
