New Couple & Music Video Rec
I wanted to introduce y'all to my new obsession: Tessa Virtue & Scott Moir. I absolutely, positively adore these two ice dancers. I just wanted to share a music video about Tessa & Scott that I found on YouTube made by sadiebaby110. I've never been a fan of Jason Mraz, but this video has got me loving his song "If It Kills Me." It fits these two perfectly. Hope y'all enjoy the video (leave her some feedback, I will) and sorry about the novel.
I've been a fan of figure skating since I was a toddler, but stopped watching over 10 years ago after the tragic death of Sergei Grinkov. I loved him and his wife, Ekaterina Gordeeva's, skating and relationship. They were breathtaking and made me hope for a love like theirs. I couldn't watch figure skating after he passed away because my love for the sport ended. I still had other favorites, but it wasn't the same without Sergei & Katia.
It wasn't until the Olympics that I fell in love with another couple: the ice dance pair of Tessa Virtue & Scott Moir. Their routine to Mahler's Symphony #5 was not only breathtaking, but it make me cry. Such a beautiful program that had me falling in love with skating all over again. I adore their friendship/relationship so much. Don't be surprised if I start posting some icons with those two, either.

ETA: I had made two new manips this past week, but I just didn't like the result. Don't know what it is, but I hate the way they turned out. Will have something for you soon, am working on a few things now.
