Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: brokenverse Mind-reading is fine, though she's got some blocks up, suggestion's not gonna happen unless you're someone like the Master. tardis_trap She's got some blocks up, but generally anything's fine. capeandcowl She has some defenses to mind reading or suggestions, but not much.
Warnings: The only thing I can think of is that brokenverse's version is strongly AU and has a jam-packed IC history, so she ranges from a bit to a lot different from OU Rose.
