great summer in london so far, except that my office isnt air-condtioned. try working in a room that is so warm and humid, 30C, that even with 5 fans blowing in all different directions, i am still perspiring and ''glowing'' profusely just sitting down doing nothing. Oh did i also mention how insanely unpleasant the tube journeys to and fro office are these days? sometimes it becomes so unbearable that no wonder commuters get so aggresive. it was reported that the maximum EU temperature for trucks transporting cattle is 27C. well, it's an average of 47C on the tubes and 52C on the buses. for once i wish i am one of 'em!
why am i complaining? i chose to live here. excuse my whining again! :)

have been swimming quite abit. the weather is a good motivator. after a day's work and the journey home on the horrible horrible tube, all i wanna do is to jump into the pool. but the problem is all the swimming is drying me hair! it's turning into hay. how how how? ;p

i am taking the first step to a new path. i am feeling a new lease of life beginning to grow in me (no not a baby). it will be tough but i know it will be worth it. so, to my new companions - books and libraries, caffeine and midnight oil, essays and tutorials - let's co-operate and make this work!

i must be the most bo-chap bride-to-be. less than three months to go, and i haven't done much. the gown was made to measure, i did the one and only fitting in march and that was the last time the designer heard from me. i am to go home 2 weeks before the wedding day and expect the gown to be completed according to my request. the cakes not ordered yet. the cards' not printed. the programme not done yet. the photographer officially not hired yet.. and i am still not quite feeling the stress yet! innit good?

oh, the husband just came home with a galaxy caramel ice-cream. yums!
