Alright, alright. The much-anticipated "Anne's favorite music of 2003" list. To warn you, a couple of EPs and reissues were included. Also - keep in mind that it just wasn't possible for me to listen to *all* of the music released in 2003, so I'm sure I'm missing some quality albums. What is one to do?

Oh, bravo. Especially for the White Stripes, the Decemberists (I love that album, Castaways and Cutouts), Ted Leo and the Pharmacists, and Super Furry Animals. I was having trouble falling asleep at night, I was anticipating this list so much. But now my eye will finally stop twitching.

wow, i'm surprised i actually own a few of these (ted leo, DCFC, the new pornographers, metric, super furry animals, the unicorns, cat power, ect).

there are a lot that i've heard of but have yet to hear. i'll check them out.

me and jackie were going to go see the unicorns thursday, but alas, i was not allowed to go with the school night and short notice and the snow...but next year, when i have my car and my license! there will be no stopping me!
