Day 33
Went to mass this morning, as per usual. No censer this time. I'm not sure if they were just supposed to use it for the past 3 weeks and now they're not, or if they just ran out of incense (which I've heard does happen). So no incense this morning, which is alright with me cause it gives me a headache, much as I may like the scent. I wanted to murder every single child there. I could barely hear what the priest was saying and he was speaking into a mic!
I also went to the Catholic school's annual car show. Holy shit, man. There was every kind of car you can think of from every possible era. They even had those old steam-powered cars, like the one in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. And there was a Delorean, which was pretty awesome.
There were tentative plans to go down to the pub tonight, but when Ryland went down there he said no one was there. However, Tottenham's playing a UEFA Cup game on Thursday, so we're going to go down there and watch it.
Speaking of sport, England lost to Australia in the Twenty20 match. They were actually doing quite well, but the fact that Australia happened to manage three 6's in a row in the last over didn't help matters. And then Snape managed...nothing. I really don't see why they put him in. Mascarenas definitely should have been batting with Flintoff. But whatever, I'm not the coach.
