Costa Rica!
The town of Santa Elena (de Pital) : yes, basically just a school (not very visible but located on the right) and a couple of stores. This
is the village I lived in the first two weeks.

I actually enjoyed the food : gallo pinto (rice and beans), corn tortillas, fried plantains, salad, cassava (mostly).
