Learn to restrict the scope of your anxieties. Survive, only take on board those things you can change. Prepare, have a buffer for emergencies, you will need it. (example given; "Keep a full tank in the car but use the car as little as you can." My stashed food is probably equivalent)
Life can throw multiple curveballs at you that derail you - worry about what you can effect and remember getting better 1% per day gets you pretty fixed in 3 months. My italics - and I think I'll take that as a challenge!
