Lavender Pond.

Last time I was in London, it was Open Garden Squares weekend so we decided to take up the opportunity and see some of the gardens on the list. We ended up visiting more gardens than we'd thought we would but this was our first one: Lavender Pond and Nature Park in the Southwark Docklands.

We got off at Canada Water and walked around for a bit.

Anyone know what this plant is? It's gorgeous.

I love these houses. I LOVE them.

Ah, lavender! We might be on the right track after all.

Ouch.

Gorgeous colours.

It's been years since I saw wild strawberries. We used to have them in the garden when I was a child. They bring back so many fond memories!

We spent maybe half an hour there, it was beautiful!

Then we walked for maybe 20 minutes to the Rotherhithe station.

There it is!
