Good Morning
Wow, I actually got up before noon...not by choice. I need to do homework, but live journal seemed like more of a priority :) Well, I had a fun Saturday...I got up sooo tired. Then we went to breakfast, then I painted my wings for the play. And we had to stand in on the set so they could work on lighting and it is so pretty. And we got to hear our fairy music, it is so cute. Man, I really love using the "ands" this morning...I'm just too excited. Anyways, later in the afternoon Zak came to visit and we worked on homework together...sort of. We had a good discussion about inclusion and the school system. I actually felt educated for once. Then, later that night we had a Sex and the City marathon! I'm so sad that we only have 3 episodes left...they were starting to get really sad! I got of got sad because it reminds me that everything is going to change...I mean I've gotten better at dealing with change, but it still freaks me out. Dave Powell once told us that change and people moving away is so sad to us because it reminds us of death, which I think is very true. It is hard to accept that we all must die...it is the only thing we have to do.
Sorry to get depressing, I'm just trying to get myself to realize the truth about life. Anyways, we've just got to live no matter how many things change. I just hope that the friends I've made at Maryville College will stay my friends forever. Everyone has such great dreams and aspirations that they want to go far far away. My dreams don't really carry me too far away from here...so they better not forget me! Well, that's enough reflection for this morning. Peace out!
Oh yeah, one more thing. These two guys on our floor (one I've known since grade school) got stuck in the elevator for almost an hour...it was so funny and kinda scary. I don't know if I will be able to get on that thing again!
