Hello! Sorry this is not straightly loli, but just wondering if anyone is thinking of going to Japanese Art Festival in Richmond on 28/02 or 01/03? Anyone has been to this event before, or know much about it? According to their website, it will be "two days of art, cultural activities and fun at the Richmond Adult Community College, Richmond, Surrey, UK, including the Manga & Anime Art Exhibition."
