I'm waiting while some Zoo owls fly round to various Ministry offices picking up forms we have to fill out tomorrow. Mme. Fishbein's given me more of her paperwork to do. It's awful.
They're top-secret forms, or that's what Mme. Fishbein says anyhow, and we can't risk them falling into the wrong hands. It's true she always used to stay late to wait for them.
And what are you doing while Dad plays with the compuder compu-thingy that he found? And is that really safe, just picking up something from the street like that? Remember that mail-box-shaped thing he found that time that Hermione said later was a toaster?
My! I didn't realize the zoo had anything that required a top secret form! I realize that having to stay late for them is a pain, but it must be good that Mme. Fishbein is allowing you to handle them. You're moving up, dear!
Oh, I've been tutoring Artemisia still, and working with the luggage and the house in my spare time. The Burrow expanded again the night after Ron arrived, and I've been trying to convince it to give us a few more rooms.
You know, I mentioned that very thing to your father, but you know how he is. I just hope he doesn't elcetricute himself. I've placed a monitoring charm on the shed so I'll know if he gets himself into trouble, but...
It's the dragons, you see. They're a Resource. Wait, I think I'm not supposed to mention that. I don't think I'm moving up exactly but I am spending more time at a desk and less with the porlocks and ponies and thestrals and all. I don't much like it either.
It's good that you have a monitoring charm on Dad. You know, though, Fred and George taught all of us how to dodge those back when I was twelve. Though maybe they didn't teach Dad.
Don't worry dear, I won't tell a soul. Have you told Mme. Fishbein though, if this isn't much you want?
Well yes, of course they did, but I don't believe they got around my personal charm. I didn't use it very often, just when I thought you all were up to something particularly bad.
Oh! So that's how you knew about the exploding cake! Fred and George worried about that for weeks. They thought they'd have to learn Occulumency, you see.
And yes, I told Mme. Fishbein, but I don't think it will do any good. She's a bit put out with me still, since I borrowed the Zoo owls to -- well, it's a long story and no harm done in the end. But I'm afraid there will be more office work in store for me and fewer dragons.
Good! I'm glad I gave them something to think about, for all the good it did. Still though, let's keep it from them. I may yet find use for the charm again, at least where they're concerned.
Well, do keep mentioning it, dear, at acceptable intervals. If she's put out at you, perhaps once a week would be appropriate. I want you where you're happy, dear, and if that's with the dragons and the porlocks, so be it. Do be careful for me though. I can't help but worry.
It's time for me to sign off now dear, and join your father for the night. You and Elle come to dinner this Sunday, all right?

How are you?

We're all doing fine here. Your father's decided to start taking apart an old comptutor he found outside of a Muggle house in town.
