Views from Waterloo Bridge at sunset/dusk

As planned, I spent half an hour or so on Waterloo Bridge to watch the sunset yesterday.
The views of London from the bridge are some of the most famous: on the east side you see St. Pauls, the City with its skyscrapers and spires, and the South Bank; on the opposite it's Westminster, Whitehall and the London Eye.

So, in what part of London was the setting of '28 Weeks Later', a riverbank safe zone that was established for the repopulation of mainland UK?

I haven't seen the film, but I think I read it was the Isle of Dogs, in the Docklands.

What gorgeous pictures! (As always.)

Also, I hope you said hello to Vivien Leigh while you were there. "Waterloo Bridge" is one of my favorite three-hanky movies EVER.

You take the BEST pictures!

The clarity, sharpness & details, and perfect colour balance, not to mention the lack of graininess in the night shots never ceases to amaze me.

That is one AWESOME camera you have - but alos kudos to you for your composition and subject matter!
