After posting about how some people wrongly assume that Adrian is my Sugar Daddy, last night I couldn't help but notice the Gay section in the lonely hearts columns in Time Out!
It reminded me of the fringe play 'Dangerous' (a gay version of Les Liaisons dangereuses) which we saw a few weeks ago where two men plot and scheme in order to get in the will of a dying older man.
Of course, these people could be genuine guys after the hearts (and bodies) of older gentlemen and not their wallets (and there are many around as witnessed by the success of silverdaddies.com), and I shouldn't be judgemental but one cannot help but wonder at times.
And if they were after their wallets, well it's really none of my business anyway.
After all, I am sure that social status and economic circumstances play an important role in many relationships,
Or perhaps I'm just too romantic/naive to expect love to be blind to your object of affection's bank account?
