Let them eat cake!
Readers of my husband (london1952)'s journal may already know that , weather permitting, we are going to Brighton Pride this Saturday and that we have decided to recycle our "Let them eat cake" outfits from Europride 2006.
So when I got home from work Adrian was hard at it, the 'it' being ironing, glueing, sewing (my top didn't fit any longer but I was surprised that the 'problem' area was the chest and not my waist!)
Poor Adrian was a bit stressed but a nice G&T (or my calming influence - take your pick!) seems to have helped!
