Spring garden
Yesterday I got home at about 3 pm from Italy and had some time to spend with Adrian in our little garden (and of course I took some pictures).
Spring has arrived very early this year: the big clematis armandii at the front of the house is about 3 weeks early and in full bloom this year (it recovered from some sever pruning the year before) and you can smell the heady scent even before turning the corner into our street.
The white and blue hyacinths are out in the side garden and smell gorgeous too; and in the back garden there is already one solitary bright yellow tulip (luckily, all the others are not as precocious)
