Here are a couple of "random" London pictures (Crimean War Memorial on Lower Regent St.)
Adrian went up to Leeds this morning. I think it's the first time that he's been away in the middle of the week, and it is very lonely here!
After work, I went to the NHS walk-in centre in Soho. I have some sort of chest infection that hasn't completely gone away since I had a bad cold back in... May. The nurse said that I should go to see my doctor because she thinks I need an X-ray to figure out why it's lingering.
It's nothing serious I am sure.
I've been registered with my doctor for over 4 years and still haven't been to the surgery!
Apparently the lady in charge of the reception is a dragon... maybe it's that or maybe it's the fact that now it's really hard to get an appointment in advance that puts me off going. I'll go after Sitges: perhaps some rest, fresh sea air and sun will do me good.
Tonight I finally managed to put my 8mm (gauge 0, I believe) PA in!
Last time we were in Sitges, Adrian and Ricardo said my PA seemed to have a hypnotising effect on some guys on the beach... I guess it's the pendulum effect with a shiny object on the end! LOL!
When I got in, I found inthe porch a little bag containing 9 small red tomatoes and 4 slightly squashed yellow ones. I thought that they were from Lynne's but have just realised now that her cherry tomatoes are even smaller.
Another "life in the cottages" mystery!
