We are invited at Martin and Utku's for a games night this evening! (It's probably going to be "Imagine If").
I spent quite a large chunk of my day making some small eclairs for tonight. I like choux pastry, and eclairs are just a larger version of the Torinese "bignole" which I miss!
Hope they'll like the 3 flavours of creme patissiere fillings: rum, pistachio praline and strawberry/blackberry.
