Moving On !!
Well, that's all the Christmas decorations taken down, crammed into boxes and bubble-wrap (I always intend to have "a sort out", but never do!) and put away...phew, what a job ! But no time to relax just yet, because all the stuff - props, etc,etc - we need for the Panto on Saturday is now taking residence in (mainly) the dining room. Today, I also managed to find 6 bottles of mulled wine reduced in price, now I need to find another 12 for refreshments during the interval.... I also found some reduced festive-flavoured cake slices.. though the search goes on. Tea will also be on offer.
Last Night we had a(nother) panto rehearsal, and for once all the cast turned up.... we felt at last that it all came together, so Franco and I came home somewhat relieved and happy. We have the proper dress rehearsal just ahead of the actual performance on Saturday afternoon....... fingers crossed it a full cast then !!
