I'll be hosting another installment of Discovery Core, you're weekly fix of punk, hardcore, thrash, oi!, power pop, and d-beat.
This show is really starting to get hot. Building up a fan base, ticket giveaways, playing your requests.
The first hour is likely to be filled with all the classics that you know and love. I'll be spinning (yeah damn straight spinning, we don't take plastic):
Articles of Faith, MDC, Redd Kross, Die Kruezen, Big Boys, Reagan Youth, the Wipers, and (of course) a lil' local flavor Pillsbury Hardcore (pictured).
Second hour, I'll be changing it up a little. Playing post-hardcore, and more recent iterations of the classic HC recipe. Plan on hearing NoMeansNo, Swing Kids, The Locust, Das Oath, Charles Bronson, Drive Like Jehu, and xBxRx...among others.
