When I first read this, I knew I had to make some sort of manipulation with Castiel as a nurse and Dean, well, being Dean. I worried and fret over the manipulation, so much. Bought stock photography and paid attention to sizing, alignment, positioning...the whole enchilada.

One of my favorite scenes in this story is the moment at Denny's. One, it's DENNY'S for one thing (best fattening, greasy food ever) and Two, it's just so freaking adorable. Good night, I love it.
