More people should have bonds you can't lie to! This is great, Harry sharing the burdens. Draco being a confidant. Hermione and Ron being told some truths (lovingly).

Well, Harry could still lie about factual things, but he can't lie about how he feels anymore- which was the main thing he was lying about in this case.

Yes, Harry definitely cares about his friends and wants to involve them in his life. He just has to do it more carefully with Draco also hanging around.
