Loved it, very interesting! What happened to that little girl was so sad.... I wonder why were the Healers telling him about her. Anyway, I think I'm starting to understand what happened to Harry.

Thank you!

The Healers thought that Death Eaters had been the one to curse her, and Old Harry had insisted on being notified of all Death Eater activity.

So is Harry, although he would rather not.

This was brilliant imagery I loved all the things he got to see. I hope this helps him understand the old Harry.

He may not ever get over what he did but it could still help him.

Thank you!

He is starting to understand, but that's different from forgiving.

What could New Harry do differently? He is as disturbed by these incidents as Old Harry was, and becoming more understanding. Oh oh. It wasn't just OH "going bad". He was in the right places at the right times. But yes--when did he cross his own line? It's heartbreaking to watch. Hermione needs to take him to a "Frozen" sing-along so he can learn to "Let It Go"! ;-). But the little girl would still be permanently in pain, for some bizarre reason. What was her story, anyway? Very cool uses of the patronus. Healers need to start doing that.

Wait a minute. Did he go back and OBLIVIATE his own friends?!!

Old Harry thinks he crossed the line when he euthanized the little girl. That's why he whispers that bit about making it up to her.

The little girl was an innocent victim of the Death Eaters. The Healers brought Old Harry in because they thought he might know some special means of combating Death Eater magic.

I can neither confirm nor deny. :)

How hard it is for Harry teetering between the Old and the New. He is gaining new insight into his motives. The way he told the healer to leave the little girls room because he was going to terminate the poor child to put her out of her misery, and he didn't want the healer to be involved in that act. No matter what he did, this shows he has a good heart.

The main problem Old Harry had was that he decided (mostly after this euthanasia he performed) that he didn't have a good heart. So he just reacted without thinking much.

Thank you!

He didn't meet the technical definition of insanity, but yeah, I think you could say he was twisted.
