I read this particular series just to watch the crazy pour forth. There's a constant WTF expression on my face when reading this. Congratulations, just like James Cameron, you've raised the bar tee hee ^_^.
Reasing this, I keep thinking of the last scene in Billy Wilder's "Some Like It Hot", where Jack Lemmon's character finally yanks off his disguise and tells Osgood Fielding III that he can't marry him because he's a man, not a woman -- and Osgood just smiles serenely and replies "Well, nobody's perfect."
It's that same kind of zaniness and supreme indifference towards anything and anybody outside his own little headspace that Draco shows here. And I am yet undecided whether to laugh hysterically, or scream with frustration. Just like poor Harry, I guess.
Yes, your Draco is a strange one here. He reminds me very much of the greek pantheon - one God more crazy and autocratic than the next. I can feel Harry, this need to laugh slightly hysterical and to get rough because his so exasperated. Yet, I'm hooked and in need to see what's going to happen next. :D
