She's not seriously wounded, but she does want to get the blood off. :) And after experience with Harry being on the potion, she trusts him not to hurt Nott.

Ooh, good question.

I <3's a Hermione that can kick ass and prove she's as strong as Harry and Ron ever were! She wasn't *just* the brains of the operation, she's a powerful Gryffindor in her own right! Go Mione!

Great chapter ^_^ I am really loving this series of yours.

Yep! I think she especially proves that in the seventh book, where she's the one casting most of the spells.

And thanks!

AWESOME. What an entrance, Hermione!! I'm glad she can still kick ass with the best of them, haha.

Is what Harry loathes most about himself starting to change? That might explain why his emotions are slipping...

She's definitely feeling better!

Maybe so, but it seems hard to believe that he would change his mind like that overnight. Besides, what would he change it to?

GO Hermione!

This story holds so many mysteries and complex characters build-ups! It's a pleasure to read.

I don't know how you can write at the same time 3 or 4 stories that require so many twists and turns and with the same characters in each of them showcasing a different aspect of their canon personnality, and not get mixed-up!

Thank you!

This is definitely the most plotty and complex of my stories. "Changing of the Guard" has a plot that can get convoluted, but will always return to its basic structure of confounding Lucius and Narcissa and disguises, while this one has two sets of enemies, the romance, Hermione as an important background figure, etc. I think having different kinds of plot structures helps keep the stories separate in my head.
