Wonderful chapter! I loved the arguments they used in the Committee, because it’s true: hey can’t be held responsible for what people do after they buy the potion, only that they know the risks. I liked Feldorsius, they had him the moment they showed him the recipe (if they didn’t before). Was he a Slytherin? You always create wonderful OC.
I was a little surprise with Diggory, he didn’t blame Harry for Cedric’s death in GoF. Then again, he was in shock, and after all this years who knows what grief could have done to him? And Charlemangne may have had something to with it. I felt bad for Harry when Diggory accused him of his son’s death. After all, as Draco knows, no one does guilt like Harry.
God, Draco can be as stubborn as Harry, can’t he? His pride could be his death. I don’t like Draco suffering (ok, maybe a do. A little), but for me it’s a little worse seeing Harry know Draco’s in pain and not being able to do something. Not even knowing what’s wrong. Harry’s someone who would do anything for his friends, who would rather suffer in their place. I can’t wait for him to find out about Daphne! And at the same time, I don’t want to know what he’ll do…
No one could play mortification like a Gryffindor
I loved that :D
Draco briefly caught Harry’s eye and grinned. Harry smiled back, quietly, faintly, and Draco felt irritation surge to the fore of his own emotions. Damn it, without the potion he would probably be whooping and clapping and catching Draco in his arms for a kiss
Just a question, the potion wasn’t the reason Harry didn’t react like that, right? The potion only suppresses lust, jealously and rage, Harry should be able to feel the other emotions unchecked. So unless at that moment Harry’s predominant emotion was lust (there’s no reason for it to be the other two) the potion had nothing to do with Harry’s mild response, it was something else.
Well, I’m glad Harry asked what Draco’s problem was. I have no idea what he’d do when he finds out (if he does).
Feldorsius may or may not have been a Slytherin, but he really did feel close to Draco as a fellow brewer.
In this case, I think Charlemagne has been manipulating Amos, feeding him stories of Harry's getting away with everything and destroying their family's chances until Amos is foaming at the mouth. Of course, that backfired on him, and rather badly, too.
Draco really could be in danger if he talks to Harry; maybe Daphne's put a spell on him to prevent that, too.
And no, the potion isn't the reason Harry reacted like that. It's true that Harry has gotten to be rather calmer in the intervening years since the war, and the potion has helped. But by now, he's just so used to being calm and polite that it comes naturally with other emotions. If Draco wants him to be more than that, he'll have to tell him.

Uh, hadn't thought of that... but there are ways to let Harry know without telling him. Draco should start thinking about it in case things get too out of hand (if that's possible, and given Daphne's personality, it is)
