Brilliant! Harry's very confused right now, I wouldn't trust Splinter so fast. Or the Ministry. Otoh, I understand why he doesn't want to be Dark.

Loved Draco and Pansy, they haven't given up.

In this case, the Ministry (at least under Kingsley) haven't tried to hurt him, so he does trust them more than he otherwise would.

Maybe, but he really does want the cure, the same way that some people who have been part of another minority society doesn't approve of would want it.

It will never get into my brain how people can be so stupid on a daily basis. I mean - they have NO point of reference! what if EVERYONE will ALWAYS test as dark green? shouldn't they, like, look into that? Because, if there are no good people, passing judgement is, like, a super-stupid idea...
argh. wizards. stupid ideas is their daily business....

Yes, pretty much. But once again, they thought they could use Harry as an examplar of the Way Things Are, and it didn't work out that way.
