They have no reason at the moment to think it was someone else, since Ernhardt possess a body with the necromancy talent.

Draco is in trouble, no doubt about that.

The problem is that they probably would move slowly on it, because of Draco and Harry's uncertain status at the moment and not wanting to get involved in a blood feud, and that might mean Draco is dead by the time they bestir themselves.
