Okay, I'll read it again and let you know why I suspected her. It was fairly early on, and I think possibly the *main* reason I suspected her is because I stalk you like corn and I'm starting to sniff out your plotlines early on. I'm shifty that way.
Hermione is a new one on me. I think even she would find it hard to appear in two places at the same time, as she would have had to do during the dragon battle. :)

He reckoned that Harry must have felt no desire, though just as he hadn’t when he gave Draco the earlier kisses but only tenderness and the desire to reassure. Otherwise, his marriage vows would have sprung to life.
I'm glad you mentioned this. Sometimes I miss the details in my haste to read all the action parts, and I had been wondering about that a little, why he could sometimes touch Draco in tenderness and not have the marriage vows doing their thing. But of course it makes sense now!
It reminded Draco that friendship had developed between them first, and it was the best friend who spoke now. And even more sense now:)
The kissing is a detail a few people mentioned, and then I realized I had totally forgotten to include the actual explanation. This is why it's nice to have a next chapter to add it afterwards. :)
I KNEW IT!!!!!!!!! I really want to hear her explanation, because although I suspected her, I couldn't think WHY she would do something like that.
I love how Harry and Drao balance each other, how Harry makes Draco braver and Draco makes Harry think before rushing into peril. I also love how well they can read the other, and the silent communication. Harry producing a patronus by thinking of Draco made me smile like and idiot :)
I have faith in Draco, he'll survive. It'll be hard as hell but he'll manage.

The explanation is coming up next chapter. I've embedded hints of it a few times, but it doesn't seem as though a lot of people have picked up on the "why" as opposed to the "who."
I was kind of a loss as to what to do with this chapter, for a while. I knew the search had to take the whole chapter, but I didn't know how to stretch it out that long. Using to demonstrate their reliance on each other turned out to be a good choice.
Draco probably wouldn't have survived a few months ago, before he got to know Harry. Now? It'll still be a struggle.
Next chapter will probably be up day after tomorrow.
